The service was first-class with parking nearby. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. Location: the hotel was right by a lush tropical garden with palms and large trees and the park and the nearby beaches and the hill. I ate at the open-air restaurant near the property.

The rooms here are nice and have AC, a small fridge for drinks, a cozy sitting area, and a desk to work at. the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. 😊

The room I booked was air conditioned and great-sized with a beautiful garden view and a comfortable bed. the location was fantastic, within walking distance to everything I wanted to visit. - the pool was lovely and I enjoyed having hot drinks at the pool bar.

I had a great stay at a beautiful hotel with lush, tropical grounds. Walking through the mini forest-like pathways was a unique experience. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a private and secluded feel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the hotel restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices. The lap pool was a standout feature, perfect for swimmers like me. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were all friendly and courteous.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slight smell of paint thinner in the room and a poorly functioning curtain. Additionally, the elevator was out of order during my stay.

The hotel has a fantastic location, with nearby attractions like el chante del parque just a short walk away. The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated the convenience of free parking.
